The Sailboat, Decompressed
A clip crushed to 110 kbps, with blocks over the water and trees, cleaned back to a usable shot at the same size and length.
LTX-2.3 Decompression regenerates your clip with the clip itself as the guide and removes macroblocks, banding and smeared colour while keeping the length, framing, motion and sound. It is for footage that was fine before it was compressed: a re-downloaded social post, a screen recording, a cheap stock clip.
Where the compression destroyed detail, the model fills in plausible detail, so check logos, small text and faces against the source. It adds no resolution; pair it with an upscale. One 4-second pass at 480p took about 50 GPU-seconds.
