Chatterbox multilingual reads one line in any of 23 languages on Wavemaker's own GPUs, which makes localised voiceover drafts cheap enough to make many of. Northside Coffee's line, 'Roasted this morning. In your cup by nine.', comes back in English, Spanish and Japanese in the same built-in voice.
To make your own, give the line and the languages. Keep each sentence short, write Japanese in kana, and transcribe every take: on this runtime a take can read the line correctly and then keep talking, so reseed or trim those. The download has all three takes.
