Market Street, 1906, in Colour

Four seconds of a 1906 black-and-white street film, colourised in place: same frames, same motion, same framing.

LTX-2.3 Colorization regenerates your own clip with the clip itself as the guide, so every frame, every movement and the framing stay as they were; only the colour is new. It suits archive and heritage footage for a brand-history spot, or any monochrome clip that has to sit next to colour footage in an edit.

The model colours what you name. Describe the scene and the colours you want (the streetcar, the clothes, the sky), and name brand colours exactly; without a description it uses everyday colours. One 4-second pass took about 90 GPU-seconds.
