Last Skate, voice alone
A song's vocal lifted cleanly out of the full mix, ready for remixes, captions or a new arrangement.
Voice isolation pulls the singing or speech out of a finished mix, leaving the instruments and room behind. It's useful for remixes, lyric captions, a cleaner voiceover or re-scoring a scene. Here the Last Skate at the Starlite song plays as the full mix and then as the voice alone.
To make your own, bring an audio file or a video clip. Wavemaker isolates the voice, checks the stem against the lyrics or script by transcribing it, and measures how much of the music is left. The download includes the full vocal stem, the transcripts and the measurements.
How this example was made
- Started from the mix The finished Last Skate at the Starlite song master.
- Isolated the voice The singing was lifted out, leaving the instruments behind.
- Checked the stem Transcribed against the lyrics and measured for leftover music.
Real and generated. The vocal comes from the original generated song; nothing new was sung.
Known limit. This returns the voice only; it does not make a separate instrumental.
