The Dawn Cast

A single shot: a still becomes ten seconds of motion with its own synchronized sound.

Image-to-video turns one reviewed still into a moving shot and generates its sound in the same pass, so splashes, footsteps and ambience land on the action. It works best for one clear physical event per shot: a throw, a pour, a turn. The Dawn Cast shows a fisherman throwing a net across a misty lake, with the splash and the rocking hull as the whole soundtrack.

To make your own, describe one shot and the action in it. Wavemaker first makes a keyframe showing the instant before the action and checks it, then animates that exact frame. You can keep the shot's own sound or replace it. The download includes the keyframe, the untouched take, the graph and the prompts.

How this example was made

  1. Made the keyframe The instant before the throw, checked before any motion.
  2. Animated the shot Ten seconds of motion from that exact frame.
  3. Kept its own sound The splash and the rocking hull were generated with the picture, in the same pass.
  4. Prepared for the web The gallery plays a web copy; the untouched take is in the download.

Real and generated. Generated: the fisherman, the lake, the motion and the sound.
